A thoughtful renovation completely transformed this simple brick and tile cottage.
At the front of the house, a new roof form gave street presence and provided a new covered entry. A carport and front fencing claimed the front yard and freed up play space in the back yard. Re-cladding the existing house in new weatherboards provided a fresh new look and allowed the owner to add much needed insulation. . The addition of a large deck at the rear of the house connected the house to the back yard and creek beyond and created an inviting outdoor entertaining area.
